About
Beyond the résumé.
Professionally
I'm a Senior Product Manager with a decade on the platforms that run businesses: ERP, CRM, e-commerce. Based in New York City. I started in quality engineering before I got into product, which gave me a grounding in how systems actually work before I ever had a say in building them. I do both the strategy and the in-the-weeds work, and I've been the only in-house PM on some teams and part of a bigger product org on others. I love working with people and finding solutions that help businesses run and evolve. More than that, I like knowing the work I do creates real value for the people who actually use what I build.
As I continue in my career, I want to keep building in that same space: platforms, internal tools, ERP, CRM, e-commerce, and the integrations and automation that tie those systems together. AI is a growing part of that for me too, not as a buzzword but as another tool for closing gaps between systems that were never built to talk to each other.
Personally
I'm a people person, and I genuinely enjoy talking to and working with others. On my off time, I travel whenever I can. I've visited a lot of places, both in the US and abroad, and there's still so much more to see. On the weekends, I stay active at the gym or go out on bike rides. The rest of my time goes to family and friends. They're good at getting me away from a screen, even when I don't want to be.
I'm always looking for ways to be more efficient, even outside of work. I lean on technology and apps to get there: whatever saves time or cuts out a step, I'll try it. That same instinct is probably why I've always ended up building something on the side, from a solo apparel brand (I had a lot of extra time at home during COVID) to whatever I'm shipping now. These days that mostly means learning how to put AI to use in both my personal and professional life. If there's a faster or smarter way to do something, I want to find it, at work or off the clock. And if you get me talking, there's a good chance this ends up being the topic sooner or later.
What I'm Building
Product work doesn't stop at 5pm.
I find AI most interesting when it solves something real. That's part of why I spend my free time building apps on my own, from idea to shipped product, all with Claude Code. Some solve a problem I run into myself, some started as something I built for a friend, and others are just how I stay hands-on with AI as it relates to product. Here's what I'm building.
Sagent turns scattered product research into a fully source-grounded PRD. An agentic pipeline that reads documents one at a time, resolves contradictions across sources, and verifies every requirement traces back to a verbatim quote before it reaches the model.
[sage]SIGNALS is a daily pre-market screener that runs every weekday before market open. It pulls live data across 6 Finviz views, screens the tech sector through 8 quality gates, and ranks the top 10. It checks held positions for sell signals, emails the briefing, and now validates picks against real market data through paper trading.
[sage]SOUNDS is a browser-based soundboard built to solve a personal challenge: custom audio uploads, keyboard shortcuts, and cloud sync. Built entirely with AI.
[sage]CALIBRATOR is a multi-stage pipeline that scores how well a candidate's actual resume, work history, and projects match a job description, computed in code rather than trusted from the model. It surfaces experience already on the resume instead of inventing anything new, and tracks the full application lifecycle: resumes, cover letters, and screening answers, organized by company and role.
[sage]TOOLS is a growing set of small utilities built to solve problems that come up in everyday life: splitting a restaurant receipt down to exact shares, settling group expenses in the fewest payments, or turning a recipe link into a clean, ad-free version. More get added whenever something else needs fixing.
Experience
A decade of product, end to end.
Senior Product Manager (Contract)
Built the operator feedback loop for an AI retail intelligence platform and cut synthesis time from a week to a day. Shipped operator onboarding that cut founder support pings by ~75%, plus a confidence-score tiering system that dropped false positives from ~25% to ~8%. Also built a one-click multi-camera incident reporting workflow.
Principal Product Manager · Platforms & Operations
Led company-wide platform strategy across ERP, CRM, e-commerce, and internal tools as the only in-house PM, delivering through two offshore engineering teams. Migrated the e-commerce platform to Shopify Plus, cutting $300K in annual platform costs. Built a carrier booking system that saved 4 hours per shipment on fulfillment. Used AI to automate manual workflows and process documents through an LLM pipeline, and shipped a chatbot that drove a 50% jump in inbound leads.
Senior Product Manager
Owned product delivery across B2B and direct channels. Reengineered order pipelines to cut fulfillment time 25%, automating over half of all manual touchpoints. Launched a prepaid ordering system for enterprise employees that scaled to 25+ accounts and $3M in deposits in year one. Built integrations that made deal execution 5x faster across a new dealer channel.
Product Manager
Ran product across CRM, e-commerce, and B2B systems. Led a Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation from scratch, cleaning 16K records and mapping 150K transactions, then built custom APIs to sync the stack. Launched a lead-generation microsite that grew inbound leads 25% in three months.
Jr. Product Manager · QA Lead · QA Engineer
Started in quality engineering and moved into product over time. Coming up through QA gave me a grounding in how systems actually work and how to build them right, something I still draw on.
Past Projects
Product by day. Brand by night.

BUILT BY [ new york ]
Custom apparel. Designed, built, and shipped entirely alone.
I designed every piece (hoodies, hats, bags), worked with a factory in China to manufacture them, built the website, shot and edited all the photography, ran marketing, handled ops, and answered every customer service message. My basement became the fulfillment center. I packed and shipped every order myself.
I ran the brand for two years before life got in the way. People still reach out about the apparel. Maybe one day it comes back.
