Plain terms, not boilerplate. This covers sageashique.com and the tools on it. It was written by reading the code, so where something is a gap it says so instead of rounding up.

Just visiting the site

You don't need an account and there isn't one to make. Reading this site doesn't create a record of you anywhere I control. There are no advertising trackers and no cookies used to follow you.

Two things do get measured. Page views go to Vercel Analytics and load times go to Vercel Speed Insights, which together tell me whether anything here gets read and whether it's slow. Neither sets a cookie and neither follows you to other sites.

Calibrator

Calibrator is a private tool, not a product. Sign-in is restricted to a short list of my own accounts, hardcoded in the source. You can reach the login page, but you can't create an account and there's no way to request one. Nothing of yours is stored by it.

That matters for what follows: the resumes, job descriptions, salary targets, and profile details Calibrator holds are mine. When it asks Google for access to my Drive, it's reading my own files.

For completeness, since the Google permission screen names it: signing into Calibrator with Google requests read access to Drive plus the ability to create files it owns. The refresh token that keeps that working is stored encrypted and only ever read by server-side code. It's never sent to a browser. Resume and job-description text is sent to Anthropic's API to do the actual analysis, and stored in Supabase.

Google API Services User Data Policy

This app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Drive data is used only to run the tool for the signed-in account. It isn't sold, isn't used for advertising, and isn't used to train any model.

You can revoke this app's access to your Google account at any time from your own Google Account permissions, independent of anything happening here.

If you asked for access to a [sage] app

This is the one place where the data is likely to be yours rather than mine, so it's worth reading even though it's the least obvious part of this site.

The [sage] apps share one sign-in and one approval queue, and that queue is administered here. If you signed into any of them and asked for access, this site holds your email address, which app or tool you asked for, and whether I approved it. When I make that decision, you get one email about it, sent through Resend.

That's the whole record. No profile is built, nothing is shared with anyone, and you won't get any other mail as a result. If you want the record deleted, ask through LinkedIn and I'll remove it by hand. There's no self-serve button for it yet, which is a real gap rather than a policy.

Errors and analytics

When something breaks, this site sends an error report to Sentry so it can get fixed. The report has the error message, the stack trace, your browser and operating system, and the page you were on.

Left out on purpose: your IP address, your sign-in cookie, your Google tokens, anything you typed or clicked, and the contents of any request you made. There's no screen recording. Email addresses and anything token-shaped are stripped by pattern before a report is sent.

One exception to that list, worth saying plainly. Sentry works out a rough location from your connection, city and country only, and keeps it. The address it worked that out from isn't stored. The location is.

Being straight about the limit: an error message is written by code, not by a person. Known sensitive shapes get stripped and every message is shortened, but I can't promise a stray fragment never rides along in an unusual failure.

Who else sees anything

The full list, so it's in one place. Vercel hosts the site and measures page views and load times. Sentry receives error reports. Supabase stores the data behind Calibrator and the approval queue. Google provides sign-in and Drive access. Anthropic's API processes resume and job-description text for Calibrator. Resend sends the single email about an approval decision.

Each of those ages data out on its own retention schedule, and I don't extend them. I don't sell your data and I don't hand it to anyone for advertising.
